Planning Workshop
Pilots don't just jump into planes loaded with bombs and head to a target. They create meticulous mission plans that optimize limited resources, limit risk, and ensure the best chances of success. This workshop is designed to empower corporate leaders to rapidly and thoroughly plan their own missions, whether for a major sales presentation, a new business model, a brand review, or corporate restructuring. This workshop includes an interactive, team-building application of our Six Steps to Combat Mission PlanningSM. Students will apply combat mission planning to their own real-world corporate, region, or district plans.

The Afterburner Briefing Workshop will lead your corporate managers through the step-by-step process of preparing and presenting a briefing. This IS NOT a lesson on how to conduct the typical business meeting; it is a methodology for breakthrough communication. The execution briefing is the key to getting employees, co-workers and superiors working toward the same objective. This workshop breaks down and thoroughly explains the individual segments of the briefing with an actual application to your real-world corporate missions.

Execution Workshop
In a single mission a pilot may have to take off, meet other aircraft at certain check points, refuel, engage enemy aircraft, drop bombs on several targets and land—all in one flight! For pilots, execution is where it all happens, and that execution has to be flawless. Most organizations and executives fail on the execution side of the equation—where it really counts. This workshop focuses on improving a leader's execution skills in a task-saturated corporate environment. The workshop will also include training on delegation skills and goal-setting. Participants will walk away with the skills needed to flawlessly execute a business plan.

Debriefing Workshop
Fighter pilots embrace a methodology for extracting the maximum value out of their experience: The debrief process. Our Debriefing Workshop will teach your team how to conduct a follow-up meeting like a fighter pilot. Bring your most recent task, project, or campaign to this workshop and we'll show you how fighter pilots dissect the mission. We'll find the jewels that made it work well, or possibly the glitches that made the project go awry. Either way, this workshop will introduce your team to our unique STEALTHSM debriefing process. They will discover how to walk away from each mission with the critical "lessons learned." These lessons will then be incorporated into tomorrow's plan so that the same critical, deadly mistakes are not made again. Management gurus have theorized about ‘learning organizations’ for years. This workshop will show you how to actually make it happen in your company.
